How long does it take to create a custom hat?

Creating a custom hat is a labor of love that requires time and expertise. On average, it takes up to 6 weeks to create a unique hat that meets our high standards of quality. We believe that good things take time, and we assure you that the wait will be worth it.

What materials are used in your hats?

We work with Rabbit Fur Felt, Leather Sweatband and Cotton Ribbons. 

 

Can I return or exchange a hat?

Due to the custom nature of our hats, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a manufacturing defect. We encourage you to carefully review the details of your custom hat during the 30-minute call to ensure it meets your expectations. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we will work with you to address any concerns.
